almonds

Almonds

Almonds are a dense source of energy and healthy unsaturated fats, as well as giving you fibre, protein, calcium, magnesium, iron and riboflavin.

By using our almonds raw, we ensure all their good qualities stay intact. We also crush them quite small, making them easy on the teeth without losing any of the nutty taste.

cacao

raw cacao

Raw cacao chocolate doesn't taste exactly like milk chocolate but mixed with the right balance of sweetness and your mouth will be watering.

This superfood is one big, big pick-me-up! Cacao really DOES help make us happy with compounds including serotonin, tryptophan and anandamide, which are all natural mood boosters.

The Aztecs called it ‘food of the Gods’, and when in its natural state, without added sugar and free of trans-fats, you get all the pleasure of a chocolate fix without the guilt! And our cacao, being ethically sourced from sustainable growers, makes this doubly true.
