To-Die-For Coco Mint Choc Chunks!


Try this to-die-for home made choc chunk recipe. And its so easy!


coconut mint choc chunks
  • 150g good quality dark chocolate
  • handful almonds
  • handful coconut shreds / chips
  • 2 At One cacao mint raw paleo bars, chopped


  • line a small rectangular cake tin with baking paper
  • roughly chop almonds and along with the coconut, lightly fry in a frying pan until browned. No oil needed
  • spread almonds and coconut evenly across the bottom of the cake tin
  • break chocolate up into small pieces and add to a glass bowl that fits neatly over a saucepan
  • add boiling water to saucepan and put over a low heat. With chocolate sitting over the boiling water, stir until the chocolate melts fully
  • pour liquid chocolate into the cake tin and spread to cover the chopped almonds and coconut
  • spread chopped At One cacao mint bar throughout the chocolate mix in the cake tin
  • freeze for one hour
  • chop into bite-size pieces
Store in the fridge, if you don't eat it all straight away!!
